Last Sunday, as part of the annual "New York Is Book Country" festival, The New York Times sponsored a sold-out brunch at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York City.

The New York Times's Bill Honan served as the moderator. The featured guests were Kurt Vonnegut, Caleb Carr, Anita Hill, and James Ellroy.
